Fusion Global Academy is looking for innovative, tech savvy, collaborative and passionate team members.This leader will play a critical role in leading and managing the revolutionary one to one Fusion Academy model in the Fusion Global Academy virtual school offering. Students will be embraced through the same mentor / teacher support alongside a personalized education in the online setting.

Salary Range: $56,000-$60,000

Summary of Role

The Director of Student Development…

  • Oversees all phases and details of guidance counseling, creative student / teacher scheduling, and timely enrollment contracting,
  • Possesses extensive knowledge in regards to high school graduation requirements
  • Facilitates and encourages post-secondary planning options for all students.

The ideal Fusion Global Academy Director of Student Development…

  • Welcomes difficult enrollment scheduling puzzles and creatively resolves them in a timely fashion,
  • Lives in the details of managing master scheduling, graduation requirements and enrollment contracting,
  • Is tenacious in driving enrollment through promoting student opportunities,
  • Views each student as an individual and creates personalized plans to meet needs both academically and emotionally,
  • Is organized and possesses strong interpersonal communication skills,
  • And serves as the account manager for our enrolled students.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in an area of counseling and / or education
  • Relevant academic and counseling experience within an educational environment
