Responsibilities- Keep and maintain electronic and hard copy files
- Provide organizational and management of data files
- Review data (completeness of information, proper execution)
- Track prosecutors' calendars to ensure deadline are appropriately calendarized
- Assist in the production of discoveries
- Filing of simple motions
- Conduct research and obtain additional information related to specific cases
- Perform editing and reformatting of written and electronic draft documents
- Provide word processing and data entry/retrieval
- Type correspondence using word processing software
- Type a variety of forms
- Schedule appointments
- Enter and retrieve data into data bases
- Perform online data update and verification of existing records
- Ability to review and analyze data from multiple sources
- Ability to establish case/project files

- Four-year undergraduate degree required
- Attention to detail and the ability to read and follow directions
- Good oral and written communications skills
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Must have excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Must possess a demonstrated ability to analyze documents to extract selected information
- Skill in operating a personal computer, scanner, or other automated office equipment.
- Ability to read, speak, and write English is required.
- Ability to read, speak, and write Spanish is preferred but not required.
