Position Summary:

Responsible for developing visual aspects, such as logos, fonts, and images, to complement written materials for print, the web, or other media. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, direct, and coordinate marketing activities online using pictures, drawings and photographs to promote products and services.
  • Measure, enhance, and enrich the image of the company through visual marketing objectives.
  • Design branded sales and marketing materials for use on customer facing materials, internet presence, print ads, PowerPoint presentations and more.
  • Create visual content for websites company-wide.
  • Develop engaging online content including videos and graphics for static posts and online advertising campaigns.
  • Manage and assist with social media marketing campaigns.
  • Other duties including, but not limited to, creating presentations, generating reports, and editing.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

  • Strong software skills: Microsoft Office, and aptitude for learning new software.  
  • Internet savvy, strong knowledge of social media and related apps. 
  • Excellent presentation and inter-personal skills.
  • Highly organized, creative and able to juggle many projects simultaneously.
  • Work autonomously when needed to push projects through tight timelines.

Position Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related area preferred, or equivalent experience

Experience: 

3+ years of marketing experience using graphics with emphasis on internet content

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Office Environment

Ability to sit for long periods of time

Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer

May occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
