Position Summary: 

Be a part of the Product Development team for FOX Factory Performance Vehicle Development (PVD), the division that specializes in custom upfit packages on Ford, General Motors, and Stellantis vehicles. Generate and maintain foundational digital and visual elements that kick-off PVD's development process, streamline approvals, and bridge Product Development to other departments and beyond. Entry-level position with significant room to grow. 

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Import, organize, and optimize 3-dimensional CAD files for use in the design process. 
  • Generate high-res, photo-realistic renders for sketch underlays, design reviews, and marketing content.  
  • Create lighting, textures, and materials for VR environments and maintain VR models. 
  • Monitor and control the department's cloud-based server space in relation to file organization, exports, and transfers. 
  • Coordinate and prepare 3D data for internal and external presentations

Specific Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities: 

  • Familiarity with 3D modeling and visual effects (Alias, VRed preferred) 
  • Experience with Omniverse, UnReal Engine, or equivalent software a plus 
  • Experience with Photoshop or equivalent software preferred 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills 
  • Diligent, hardworking, and detail oriented

Position Qualifications: 

Education: 

HS diploma or equivalent. Associates degree preferably in (i.e. computer science, information technology, virtual reality, graphic design) or other related fields or equivalent work experience. 

Experience:  

2+ years of 3Data Visualization experience required 

Work Environment and Physical Requirements: 

Office or production/manufacturing environment depending on assignment. 

May be required to lift 20 lbs. on occasion. 

May be required to walk, stand, sit, bend and/or lift for long periods of time. 

May require vision abilities to validate and enter data on computer.   

Required to be able to visually perceive differences in color.
