What a typical day looks like:
- Specific customer management and communication.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Define project task and resource requirements. Mange project resource allocation.
- Plan and control project timelines.
- Estimate project budget and control the cost within the budget.
- Lead the implementation of an automation project.
- Collaboration with other functions to compliancy the law and rules (Information Security, Finance, EHS, ESD, CE, UL, etc)
- Search for potential project and potential product.
- Involve the develop and deploy of potential project and potential product.
- Search for potential standard and potential governance approach.
- Involve the develop and deploy of potential standard and potential governance approach.
- Lead the knowledge transfer to assigned global partners and partnership certification.
- Lead the project technical support to assigned global partners and feedback for continuously improvement.

- High level of Administration skills
- Has manufacturing process or automation development background is prior.
- Proficiency in engineering software is prior. (C++, LabView, PLC, SolidWorks, Robot, Vision etc ) which support for designing review
- A similar TPM role with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Successfully manage on at least 1 automation project with above $1M independently
- Responsible for development & deployment for automation project or automatic product via systematic tool
- Project planning & schedule control & quality control & project management
- Estimate project cost, and implement project to control the cost within the budget
- System verification in whole development process with good abilities of troubleshooting & high-quality awareness
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Know DFMEA, PFMEA, DOE, CPK, GR&R, related assistance tools be plus
- Familiar related standard & system, like ISO9001, TS16949, EMS IPC-3 be plus
- Have a wide range of interests
