Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Test Engineer located in Aguascalientes Site.

Reporting to the Test Engineer, the Test Engineer position involves responsibility for implementing and maintaining cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems, software and/or equipment.

What a typical day looks like:

• Leads and/or coordinates technical and/or electronic engineering personnel in the fabrication and design of test and control apparatus and equipment, or software and system testing.
• Develops instrument drivers/ development and/or support of board edge level diagnostic tests.
• Design and support of functional test hardware, computer platforms and interfaces.
• Development of test plans and procedures.
• Coordinates third party development of functional tests, enhancements and test fixtures.
• Analyzes and interprets software or system level diagnostic failures (software and hardware).
• Report test results (typically in a defect database) and report test results.
• Document test strategies and metrics for process optimization.
• Direct communication with the customer.
• Test script development in Python development.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Engineering or Bachelor's degree completed.
• Knowledge in network switches, router and access point.
• Knowledge and development in Python, Lab View, Perl etc. programs.
• Knowledge in National Instruments software and hardware.
• Knowledge of virtualization software.
• Intermediate Excel.
• Intermediate English.
• Personnel administration
• Experience in Board Level Functional Testing and In-Circuit Testing.
• Skill in Customer Services.
