Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Quality Technician for services and client support located in Aguascalientes

What a typical day looks like:

• Daily activities at service Quality audits personnel transportation and catering services.
• Compliance review personnel transportation and catering services
• Metrics handling personnel transportation and catering services
• Process management personnel transportation and catering services.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Engineering Bachelor's degree or in process
• Management of services processes and continuous improvement
• Skills to coordinate internal events(visitors)
• Creating executive presentations
• Management of KPI´s and metrics for quality services
• Customer/ supplier support for catering services and special support for clients
• Excel, and offices abilities to handle weekly supports
• Dynamic, focused on daily results
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
• Impacts operations of immediate work group.
• Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
