To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Automation Software Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Manager, Automation & IIoT, the Automation Software Engineer role involves being responsible of Defining, Developing, Implementing and proliferating Automation projects, providing consultancy as SME.

What a typical day looks like:

• Automation Software Engineer for MAP designing and deployment in sites. Dedicated to develop MAP software for each station in development stage and generate standard guidelines for implementation.
• MAP Line support on each customer from deployment, and give training to sites to share knowledge.
• Develop software for automation equipment-Hardware NOT for data manipulation, but for automation.
• Software development for manufacturing automation systems.
• Good understanding of Programmable Logic controller, Industrial PC and sensor.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge in Automation.
• Experience with python, .NET, C++, JavaScript or similar programming languages adaptable to automation HW implementation.
• Advanced English (Worldwide interactions).
• Experience with data connectors such as MQTT, LoRa, WiFi, Bluetooth and others.
• Experience with cloud platforms and data storage systems such as Google Cloud, AWS, SQL or others.
