To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Supply Chain Analyst located in Cork,Ireland.

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the Supply Chain Analyst role involves supporting the GSS sales team & strategies for growth. Working with the Sales Operations Manager, the sales operations team as well as the other supporting departments of GSS, the supply chain analyst will have a host of responsibilities including  sales operations, data maintenance & management, research analysis and project management. All of these activities will combine to support the growth of the GSS sales pipeline & overall growth of the sector.

What a typical day looks like:

• Management & ownership of intelligence databases & dashboards to ensure that all activity & analysis within the sales operations team are kept up to date.
• Coordinate within the GSS business development team & other stakeholders to ensure information is accurate in the GSS sales system & GSS Coverage Model.
• Own and control weekly & monthly status reports to senior leadership within Flex, gathering inputs from key stakeholders.
• Take part in initial target company & market research to identify potential Flex GSS targets.
• Take part in weekly team meetings & provide updates on different projects/tasks
• Create presentations on updates concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.
• Assist in the management of larger projects/programs.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills are vital for this role.
• Highly motivated, willingness to learn & keen desire for continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable in explaining & presenting data to senior leadership.
• Supply chain/business related degree with minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role / supply chain environment.
• Experience with sales operations tool(s)/system(s) – Sales Force
• Experience managing & maintaining data.
• General knowledge & understanding of supply chain.
• Experience working with multiple disciplines / departments to gather key inputs for reporting as well managing & distributing reports.
• Effective research ability with experience creating market reports on potential customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Project management experience (preferably in a supply chain / sales environment)
• Discretion and confidentiality.
• Advanced level of English language is required
• Eligible to work in Ireland.
