To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Supplier Quality Engineer located in Suzhou.

Reporting to the Section Manager SCM, the Supplier Quality Engineer role is responsible for supplier development in a manufacturing or service process; works with suppliers to continuously improve performance, implement process controls and develop quality assurance plans. 

What a typical day looks like:

• Work with purchasing Dept. to develop new supplier as well as components qualification
• Potential supplier Audit and provide audit report to internal team
• Follow up the planning of supplier development and components project phase review with supplier to make sure everything going on-time
• Work with supplier to review tooling/test equipment DFM and share LL with supplier to make sure all of components qualification
• On-site Audit supplier PTR and qualify supplier's process, PPAP and share documents package with team
• Supplier run @ rate , and follow up the open issue list until all of items closed
• Manage the MP project S-PPM to meet the target and analyze for continue improvement
• Control the components quality in company process to make sure the manufacturing will not be affected by supplier poor quality
• Issue SCAR to supplier to drive supplier improvement, follow up and validate the effectiveness of containment and preventive actions by supplier
• Support the customer quality compliance caused by material issues
• Record supplier quality performance
• Periodic supplier assessment like annual audit, fly audit, half-year evaluation etc.
• Raw Material NCMR follow up
• IQC team management
• Understand CSR

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachlor degree or above, science and engineering related majors;
• 1-3 year or above experience in auto industry SQE. Excellent fresh graduate is also welcome;
• Preventative attitude and quick response;
• Good communication and negotiation skill with internal and external;
• Understanding of engineering techniques and engine principle;
• Fluent English/Mandarin. Good English skill, CET 6.
• Acctp short-term business travel.
