What a typical day looks like:

• Setup, maintain and optimize projects' IE database of time study, line balance and H/C configuration etc.
• 项目工时，人力标配，产线平衡率等IE基础数据体系的建立，维护和改善。
• Design production line layout and material flow, ready line set-up schedule and drive team to meet timely.
• 设计生产线布局及其物流。制定产线建线计划并统筹各部门如期完成。
• Production line capacity analysis, equipment/fixture demand and HC demand assessment.
• 生产线产能分析，设备，夹具，及人力需求评估。
• Manage machine utilization (OEE&LU), Direct labor utilization (DL-E), coordinate team to take actions and drive performance improvement.
• 设备效率和人员效率的评估和改善推进。
• NPI support for layout and material flow design, optimization. And push process improvement and station balance to meet target UPH and HC configuration.
• NPI 导入和跟进。负责产线布局设计，调整和优化；积极推动流程改善和工位的平衡调整, 达到设定目标UPH和人力配置。
• Support new project quotations. Provide IE model and line setup investment information for the quotation of new projects.
• 支持新项目报价。为新项目的报价提供IE model 信息及新项目建线材料信息。
• Continue improvement driving and pushing through IE method and tools to save cost and improve
• Efficiency.
• 通过应用IE方法和工具，推动持续改进，消除浪费，节约成本，提升效率。

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• At least 8 years' work experiences in IE or related Engineering. Give first priority if work experience focus on assembly process and PCBA process of medium size product or above.
• 8年以上工业工程或相关工程领域工作经验；优先考虑具备中大型产品组装制程和PCBA 制程的IE服务经验。
• Be good at reading and writing English, oral English will be preferred.
• 具备良好的英文读写能力，能说优先。
• Have a good command of office&3D software and Auto CAD.
• 精通办公&3D软件和Auto CAD。
• Can use the MOST tool for working time analysis
• 会使用 MOST 工具进行工时分析
• Rich experience in lean& Six sigma Kaizen.
• 具备丰富的精益&六西格玛改善经验。
• Responsibility, positive working attitude; Good teamwork player.
• 有责任心，工作态度积极端正，具备良好的团队合作精神。
