The Sr. Director of Global Organization Effectiveness will lead culture, team effectiveness, change management, organization design and talent management for our commercial organization, spanning across multiple business units. A strategic and trusted partner to Commercial leaders that identifies, designs, and delivers impactful organizational effectiveness solutions that support the business growth strategies.
This global role is responsible for designing, implementing and measuring talent and organization effectiveness solutions that enable high performance within the commercial organization. This role is based from our Corporate HQ in Austin, Texas.
Here is what a typical day looks like:
- Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to understand the needs of the commercial organization and align the talent strategy with the business strategy and goals.
- Conduct organizational design and team effectiveness assessments and diagnostics to address short term and future needs, ensuring the commercial organization is well-prepared for growth.
- Drive improvement on employee engagement and experience by analyzing survey data, developing and implementing action plans to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Identify insights and make recommendations on talent retention strategies and development solutions to meet future workforce needs.
- Lead change management efforts for mergers and acquisitions ensuring an effective transition.
- Lead the design and deployment of talent development initiatives ensuring they are aligned to commercial strategies and prepare future commercial leaders for leadership readiness.
- Global travel - 10-15%
Here is what we're looking to add to our team:
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Organization Development, Industrial/Organization Psychology, Talent Management, Change Management or related fields.
- Experience leading change management efforts for mergers and acquisitions.
- Strong knowledge of organizational design, change management, culture development and team effectiveness principles.
- Experience working with senior level leadership and key business partners.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills.
- Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Here are some preferred experiences:
- Change management certification preferred
- Hogan certification preferred
- Individual and/or team coaching certification preferred
