Job Summary The HRBP will be based in Zhuhai. Responsible for partnering with business segment leaders to develop and deploy strategic planning objectives to build a dynamic organization that delivers significant and sustainable growth.  Advise and coach business leaders on matters related to talent management, including competency requirements, workforce planning, leadership selection, executive coaching, performance management, retention, succession planning, compliance program, etc.  Partner with local HR teams and subject matter experts to develop and deliver integrated people and organization solutions, e.g., workforce and succession planning, leadership development, reward and recognition, etc.

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

  • In consultation with business leaders and HR colleagues, develop and deliver an HR strategy for meeting business needs.
  • Provide advice and support to business leaders on strategic HR matters, including organizational design and restructuring, talent management, career development, etc.
  • Coordinate and facilitate delivery of cyclical HR initiatives (such as strategic recruiting, workforce planning, new hire training, performance review, talent review, succession planning, compensation planning and review) for the business segment.
  • Drive employee communications within business segment.
  • Assist with HR communications and training of managers on new programs, systems and processes as required.
  • Responsible to support compliance policies and its effective implementation.

Here is some of what you'll need (required):

  • Requires a degree in Human Resources Management or related areas.  MBA a plus.  Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HR across all major functions.
  • Good logic, communication/presentation skills in both Chinese and English, and learning agility. TEM 8 will be preferred
  • Proactive and willing to work under pressure.
  • Rich experience in leading different HR projects will be a plus.
