What a typical day looks like 工作职责:

• Supervised and Lead Test Engineering Team
• 管理和领导项目测试团队
• Collaborate with Customer
• 与客户合作
• Training TE Engineer on design circuitry and failure analysis skill
• 培训测试工程师电路分析和失效分析技能
• Setup Test equipment & stations
• 设立测试设备和工位
• Review DFM requirements
• 检查生产所需设计的要求
• Set up ATE test program
• 建立ATE测试项目
• Prepare & Review Cpk, GR&R, GoNoGo, SOP Report
• 准备与检查Cpk, GR&R, GoNoGo, SOP报告
• Test Automation review & approve DFM, FAT & SAT, IQC & OQC related documents
• 测试自动化检查与审批DFM, FAT & SAT, IQC 与OQC相关文件
• Collaborate with respective supplier on test design concept
• 与相关供应商合作构建测试设计概念
• Support EE on providing the 1st level FA for failure units.
• 支持设备部提供第一层失效分析
• Support EE on DOEs & FA actions required
• 支持设备部DOE与FA行动所需
• Troubleshoot system applications on customer's request
• 根据客户寻找系统应用故障
• Resolve engineering issues regarding systems application
• 解决系统应用相关德工程问题
• Conduct regular follow up on customer's system level activities
• 跟进执行客户系统应用相关事项

The experience we're looking to add to our team 职位要求:

• Associate's degree or above
• 大专以上学历
• 5+ years‘ power or PCBA experience in test maintenance/product testing/ failure analysis
• 5年以上电源或电子组装行业测试维护，产品测试，失效分析经验
• Capability of handling foreign customers
• 有与外国客户处理问题的能力
• Can read and write in English
• 具备英文读写能力
