To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Senior Production Supervisor located in Zhuhai.

Responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.

负责指导生产线的生产运作，确保达到产量、质量和成本目标。

What a typical day looks like工作职责：

• Monitor and improve the DL performance and production KPI that covers production, quality, cost, safety &6S.
• 监控并改善DL绩效和生产KPI(包含生产，质量，成本，安全生产和6S等)。
• Responsible for the effective distribution of DL, recruit and train the operators according to production plan.
• 负责有效的DL分配, 按照生产计划招聘和培训员工。
• Provides support for all mfg. engineering, assist on EV, DV, PV build (NPI Phase) of new product.
• 为新产品试产提供支持，协助工程完成EV, DV, PV生产。
• Lead the CFT to meet delivery and quality standard, plan and monitor the IDM &TML.
• 带领CFT保证品质完成交货, 监控生产辅料和物料损失。
• To coordinate with relevant departments to resolve on quality, engineering, materials and human resources.
• 能与相关部门协调解决在质量，工程，物料和人力上的问题。
• Lean activity for productivity and process optimization, reduce the scrap rate.
• 精益生产，持续改善生产力，制程优化和减少报废。

The experience we're looking to add to our team 岗位要求:

• Technical school graduate or above.  Degree in Mechanical /Electronics / Electrical Engineering or related field required or equivalent will be prefer。
• 技校以上学历，机械/电子/电气工程或相关专业优先
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese, read skill in English email and document.
• 优秀的中文写作和口头表达能力，能读英语邮件和文件。
• Self-sufficient PC skills: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc.
• 熟练的电脑技能：Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, 等。
• Excellent interpersonal skills with all departments/units.
• 具备优秀的人际关系处理能力。
• Experience in the Box build.
• 有组装生产经验。
• Engaged in Lean or 6 sigma activities and produced positive outcomes will be prefer.
• 能使用Lean或6 sigma活动积极推进制造生产优先
• Received training on ISO9000 &14000 & Safety production management will be prefer.
• 接受过ISO体系 &安全生产管理培训优先
• Above 5~8 years of managerial and professional experience in manufacturing functions.
• 5~8年以上生产管理及制造经验。
• Positive attitude for problem solving.
• 能够积极地解决问题。
• Good team work and cooperation spirit.
• 很好的团队建设和团结协作精神。
