To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Molding Maintenance Engineer located in Flex Juarez Site.

Reporting to the Test Engineering Manager, this role involves being responsible for repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as conveyor systems and production machines and equipment.

What a typical day looks like:

• Manage equipment for the installation of new projects.
• Asset management and equipment life cycle monitoring.
• Participate in the implementation of cross-functional teams (CFT) for new technologies and developments.
• Manage rigging service and execution according to timeline for equipment installation.
• Accountable for suppliers working on site for their equipment set up and cell fit- out.
• Follow up on the project until site buy off including SSYMA, process engineering and operations acceptance.
• Assists process technicians and engineers with the installation and removal of process equipment.
• Researches and implements corrective action reports and process tracking mechanisms.
• Records times and problems in equipment logs.
• Provides daily equipment functioning activity information.
• Disassembles instruments and equipment and inspects components for defects.
• May require travel to other Flex sites or vendor locations.
• Highest level may perform both software and hardware maintenance.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS degree

• Advanced English level is required.

• Previous experience and knowledge machine qualification and molding.

• Maintenance system knowledge and experience.

•Advanced knowledge in reading and interpretation of electrical, hydraulic, and control diagrams.

• Advanced MS Office.

• Self-driving skills.

• Experience as team leader.

• Experience working with multiple projects.

• Customer relation business:

Act as the main contact with the client for trouble shooting issues.

• Experience in similar position in manufacturing environment.

• Previous experience in health solution projects.

• Experience in:

• Fitting new parts.

•Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate.

• Carrying out quality inspections

• Acknowledge of equipment breakdowns.

•Fixing faults on site or arranging for replacement machinery or equipment to be installed.

• Keeping production managers informed of progress.

• Organizing teams or unipersonal to make sure that 24-hour cover is available.

• Working on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic or computerized systems.

• Flexible working hours availability is required.

• Previous experience working with machines from 60 to 1,500 tons such as:

Engel, Milacron, Krauss Maffei, Sepro, Wittmann, desirable Nestal.

• Lean Manufacturing methodology (green belt is a plus).

• A RJG certification is a plus.
