Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Senior Executive - GBS Administration in Chennai, India.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Shift in charge – Manage Admin operations in shift.
  • Manage Admin helpdesk operations
  • Manage café operations – vendor outlet management, statutory compliance adherence, vendor governance
  • Support managing Employee services
  • Support Agreements / Contract management
  • Support to provide accurate data and reports for MIS and Billing
  • To handle Feed backs and complaints/escalations  
  • SLA tracking and Compliance (Maintaining Documents, Conducting briefing and support staff training) 
  • Creating clear and informative visual representations of data using charts, graphs, maps, infographics, or other visual tools. This involves choosing appropriate visualizations that best communicate the insights from the data.
  • Generating reports or power point presentations that summarize key findings, trends, and insights derived from data analysis. This may involve structuring the report content, incorporating visualizations, and ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Interpreting data to extract meaningful insights and trends that can be communicated effectively to stakeholders or decision-makers
  • Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data used in presentations or reports. This includes performing data validation and verification processes.
  • Cleaning and transforming raw data to remove errors, inconsistencies, and missing values, which is essential for ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
  • Developing reports and interactive dashboards that summarize key findings and metrics derived from data analysis. These reports help inform business decisions and strategy.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and IT professionals, to understand data requirements and deliver insights that address business needs.
  • Staying updated with the latest tools, technologies, and methodologies in data analysis and data science to enhance analytical capabilities and deliver more impactful insights.
  • Ability to organize and manage data effectively within Excel spreadsheets. This includes sorting, filtering, and using data validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Skill in applying formatting techniques such as cell formatting, conditional formatting, and customizing charts and graphs to enhance visual presentation of data.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • More than 03 years of experience in Administration & Facilities management services
  • Should have worked in 24/7 support and flexible for rotational shifts
  • Excellence in MS office and power point presentation
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or other relevant software to create effective data presentations will be an added advantage
  • Should have intermediate knowledge in MS Excel - Basic Formulas and Functions: Proficiency in using common Excel functions such as SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT, IF, VLOOKUP, and CONCATENATE to perform calculations, data manipulation, and conditional logic
  • Tables and PivotTables: Competence in creating and working with Excel tables to manage structured data and using PivotTables to summarize and analyze data dynamically.
  • Formula Auditing and Error Handling: Knowledge of tools and techniques for auditing formulas, detecting errors, and troubleshooting issues within Excel spreadsheets.
  • Good communication skill & should be open to shifts
  • Should be able to conduct briefing sessions/Training programs
  • Handle the Admin helpdesk and answer employee's queries, complaints and requests in a professional way.
