To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to hire Technical Manager / Solution Architect – IT who is based out of in Chennai location.

This is a key role in the RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) team, responsible for managing the RPA Platform and overseeing RPA solutions delivered by GBS verticals and sites. The ideal candidate should possess deep understanding of RPA technologies, architecture, and best practices, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Reporting to Senior Director & the role involves,

What a typical day looks like:

  • Liaison with platform vendors to help build a platform roadmap that supports organization goals
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to help identify automation opportunities
  • Conduct feasibility assessments for new automation projects.
  • Review and approve scalable and robust RPA solutions based on business requirements.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, governance, and compliance standards.
  • As a key member of the RPA CoE, contributing to the establishment of RPA standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks.
  • Oversee the high-quality delivery of automated solutions by driving best practices across business functions .
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior RPA developers.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge repository for RPA reusable components and best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to upskill teams on RPA capabilities and usage.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of RPA initiatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in RPA solution design and implementation.
  • Proven experience in leading and delivering RPA projects in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Proficiency in UIpath RPA development. Knowledge of other tools like Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, .NET, Java, or C#.
  • Any experience with OCR/IDP/AI/ML capabilities is a plus
  • Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and API integrations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
