To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Project Engineer located in Tijuana.

Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the Project Engineer role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

• Understand change control system (Agile) for the creation and implementation of new Items / Documents.
• Understand manufacturing and test equipment concepts, technologies, and techniques.
• Designs manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters.
• Leads project follow up meetings with the customer and with the team members assigned to the projects.
• In charge of the change control for the implementation of the new customer change required.
• Execute the FAI / OQ validations.
• Responsible of the validation report creation and implementation.
• Responsible of the BOM, Items, RMS creation and implementation.
• Create tool orders in ERP system to support the manufacturing of detail and assembly tools for internal and external suppliers.
• Support in the root cause analysis.
• Support in daily process line requirements.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Advanced English
• Experience in Similar position
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience and training.
• Demonstrates advanced functional and technical skills and basic process skills.
• Knowledge in projects management.
• Software Skills: Minitab / Project.
