Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Program Administrator located in Aguascalientes.

Reporting to the Program manager, Program Administrator role involves Assists with managing customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.

What a typical day looks like:

• Meetings with the client on NPI projects.
• Coordinating with the CFT to ensure NPI runs are completed on time.
• Recovering obsolete PPV freight charges from the client.
• Maintaining the NPIS tracker
• Shipping NPIS

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor´s or Engineering degree related.
• Conversational English.
• Experience in customer service.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Proactive.
• Positive attitude.
