Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Program Administrator located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Program Manager, Program Administrator role involves assists with managing key customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Drives and coordinates projects/activities with the Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the work/communication across different departments.
  • Prepares program reports and executive presentations for management, client, or others.
  • Drive the team to look for continuous improvement activities that have an impact in the project timeline, cost or daily production activities.
  • Demonstrate excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Lead and drive the activities and ensure timely accurate delivery.
  • Must assist in metric development and tracking for the program manager.
  • Excellent analytical skills, and strong understanding of data analysis to help to take critical decisions.
  • Excellent knowledge on program management concepts: new product introduction / new product development / different stages of product life cycle.
  • Good understanding /knowhow on the financial terms.
  • Excellent knowledge on customer focus team role in managing the customer.
  • Follow up on CFT activities, schedules, meetings and deliverables.
  • Excellent knowledge on: MS Excel, Power Point etc.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
  • Fluent English oral and written.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Analytic: able to propose solutions and solve problems.
  • Negotiation skills: being able to hear and listen others needs to reach agreements.
  • Discipline: constant in deliverables with customer and CFT.
  • Finance: understand percentages, proportions, profit and losses.
  • Knowledge in how a production line works.
  • Customer service: always focused on customer requirements.
  • Leadership
