To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Sr. NPI Manager located in Dongguan.

What a typical day looks like:

• Handle manufacturing process and equipment for NPI and MP
• Process SPC, lean, six sigma knowledges with data analysis and correlation knowledges
• Guide and train engineers and technician with solid team work spirit
• Projects assigned and lead the project team to meet targets predefined
• Monitor and manage BOM loading, materials availability, trial run builds, and samples delivery
• Contact window with Customer in overall activities. 

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical / manufacturing/ process/ engineering
• At least 8 years or above Manufacturing engineering with ODM/EMS background
• Command good written and spoken English and mandarin
• Good Power point presentation skills
• Good communication skills
