We are looking for new colleague in our team in Sarvar, for the following position:

Medical Quality Engineer

We are looking for someone who is:

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

  • Monitor and analyze quality related metrics
  • Coordinate the responsible team to set up corrective and preventive actions for internal and external failures
  • Perform NCMR evaluation, propose and review disposition with CFT members
  • Investigate customer compliants and coordinate RMA and CAPAs related to product quality issues
  • Support NPI activities
  • Create instructions for quality inspectors
  • Carry out internal process audits to determine weaknesses
  • Perform trainings in quality related topics to other departments
  • Control the documentation of the products, processes
  • Provide support to all departments to minimize risk of quality defects
  • Issue quality reports according to customer's requirements
  • Review product specification and customer requriements, author quality plans, validation protocols, and validation reports
  • Be familiar with DHR / LHR requirements and participate activelly in VMP preparation.
  • Coordinate process flow diagrams, pFMEA and Quality Control Plan review with CFT and customer
  • Author quality documents such as inspection and test work instructions, defect analysis, limit studies, manufacturing visual aids, quality alerts, checklists, and product Certficates of Compliance

Here is some of what you'll need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related technical field (chemical, electrical or mechanical engineer is preferred)
  • 2 years experience in medical equipment manufacturing field, knowldege of FDA 21 CFR 820/ISO 13485
  • Experiened in operating ISO cleanroom (level 7-8) and experience in working in a microbiolgy environment (level D-C)
  • Excellent problem solving, root cause analytical and risk analytics skills
  • Good command of written and verbal English and Hungarian
