To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Material buyer  located in Suzhou site.

Reporting to the Materials Manager, the Material buyer   role involves…

What a typical day looks like:

• Reviews requisitions and MRP output.
• PO release and maintain supplier confirmation into system. Expedites delivery of goods to users.
• Confers with vendors to obtain product or service information such as availability and delivery schedule.
• Schedule pull-in, push out and order cancellation based on MRP report and follow up supplier's feedback,
• maintain delivery Schedule in system.
• Maintains procurement records such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery and inventories.
• Manages supplier to lead-time, delivery and quality expectations and escalates when appropriate.
• Analyzes inventory levels. Prepares liability reports for excess and obsolete management.
• May plan, schedule and monitor the movement of materials through the production cycle. to support
• production smooth run.
• Makes tactical buying decisions. Executes corporate sourcing programs and purchasing high dollar parts.
• Maintains procurement records, reports and metrics.
• RTV execution and excess disposition.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• 3+ years materials buyer experience.
• Experience in Mechanical or PCB parts.
• Have the basic knowledge of supply chain.
• Good English in writing and speaking.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Be familiar with ERP/SAP system.
