General Purpose:
Performs a variety of duties in the set-up and operation of equipment as defined in the work instructions for each process. Core responsibilities
Machine operation: Set up, operate, and adjust various machinery to ensure it runs efficiently and meets production needs.
Monitoring and troubleshooting: Constantly monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot minor issues that may arise during operation.
Quality assurance: Perform quality checks on finished products and components, ensuring they meet specifications using measuring devices, gauges, and other tools.
Material handling: Load, unload, and track raw materials, components, and finished goods.
Documentation and communication: Record production data, material usage, and quality information. Communicate with team members and supervisors about production status.
Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and maintenance on equipment to keep it in good working order
