Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Junior Purchasing Specialist located in Lodz, Poland.

What a typical day looks like:

• Daily cooperation with suppliers and internal clients,
• Daily stock analysis of fast rotating products,
• Placing the orders and controlling the order process
• Monitoring supplier's performance.
• Updating the system with information received from suppliers (eg. delivery dates, price update and quantity changes).
• Creating reports,
• Navigating and solving daily procurement issues, such as components changes, phased out process, new part ordering issues.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• At least one year of experience at similar position
• University degree
• Strong MS Office skills
• Good eye for detail to ensure data accuracy
• Good level verbal and written communication skills in English (at least B1)
• Creative, team player, innovative mind mixed with analytical thinking
