To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Financial Analyst located in Łódź, Poland.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Financial Analyst role involves reviewing and analyzing financial data, participating in financial closings and reporting processes, analyzing expenses, maintaining balance sheet reconciliations and supporting account/program managers.

What a typical day looks like:

• Reviewing and analyzing financial data, including profit & loss, balance sheet, sales reports, and other relevant information
• Participating in financial periodic closings, analysis, and reporting processes
• Creating and reporting monthly key operating indicators
• Analyzing expenses for cost centers and projects
• Preparing and maintaining balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting account/program managers in assessing the business and its profitability
• Assisting in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
• Collecting, analyzing, and transforming data used for budgets and forecasts
• Supporting other GL functions as necessary

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• University degree in a related field (any economic-related degree can be accepted with relevant experience)
• Intermediate level of English and native Polish language knowledge
• 2-4 years of experience in a related finance field (financial analyst, controlling)
• Advanced Excel skills (will be assessed)
• Time management, high problem-solving skills, flexibility
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to prioritize and react quickly
