Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Equipment Maintenance Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Equipment Maintenance Manager, Equipment Maintenance Engineer role involves:

Mechanical: Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as conveyor systems and production machines and equipment.

Electrical: Maintains and troubleshoots in-circuit and functional testers, associated test fixtures, stress chambers and chamber racks to ensure manufacturing test equipment is on-line.

What a typical day looks like:

• SMT personnel management.
• Production line support.
• 4Q delivery.
• Equipment maintenance (coordination).
• Monitoring of maximums and minimums.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Related Engineering.
• Intermediate English.
• Knowledge of electronics, electricity, pneumatics, and mechanics.
• Experience in personnel management.
• Leadership skills.
• Knowledge of 8Ds, 5 Whys, and Does.
