Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Electrical Production Coordinator located in Dundalk,Ireland.

Reporting to the Assistant Production Manager, the Electrical Production Coordinator role involves ensuring on-time finished switchgear delivery to our clients.   

What a typical day looks like:

  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain a safe production environment.
  • Manage the Baseplate Assembly Area and Electrical Test Team operations.
  • Collaborate with Production Management to meet delivery timelines, quality, and efficiency targets.
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues; implement corrective and preventive measures.
  • Support new product introductions and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma tools.
  • Plan, organize, and delegate tasks; provide guidance, training, and development for team members.
  • Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal teams on quality and process improvements.
  • Oversee testing processes, equipment calibration, and standardization of procedures.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure validated products before customer delivery.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • 3–5 years' experience in a medium or high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Proven ability to lead and empower teams, driving accountability and meeting tight deadlines.
  • 2–3 years in a management role, thriving in fast-paced, challenging environments.
  • Strong IT skills, especially in MS Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and time management.
  • A confident communicator who can engage effectively with senior and middle management.
  • Excellent people skills, capable of implementing performance measures and fostering team growth.
  • Adaptability and a problem-solving mindset to tackle complex challenges head-on.
  • Experience working in an Industrial Relations (IR) environment is a plus.
