Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Review customer product specification and reliability requirement document, develop Power Supply, Battery Backup Unit, Power Shelf and Rack qualification test plan (include product functional, climatic environmental and reliability requirements).
  • Follow DQE test plan to perform the DQE test at designated design stages (before the product is released into manufacturing) and finish the test on time.
  • Optimize some test method and equipment fixture
  • Perform failure analysis for the test failure / issue occur during DQE test, then follow it until issue closed.
  • Prepare DQE test report after DQE test
  • Assess design team corrective action and conduct verification test for the DQE test issue.
  • Review and track the project issue with design team, and follow it until the issue closed
  • Conduct DQE test list (part):
    • Components Stress Analysis (Derating test, include fuse A²s); Thermal Test, Photocoupler Margin Analysis (CTR margin of the optocoupler)
    • E-Cap Life; CMTBF
    • Environment test, include humidity & temperature related test, Thermal shock, Temperature cycling / Thermal cycling, Altitude test, etc.
    • Mechanical test, include vibration, shock, drop, package, connector cycling test, etc.
    • ATE Functional test.
    • Strife Test
    • HALT (Highly Accelerated Life Testing)
    • Demonstrated MTBF / BBU Endurance Test
    • Power on/off cycling test, BBU charge / discharge cycling test

Requirements:

- Prefer to have 4~6 years (or above) reliability testing experience on Power Supply, Battery Backup

 Unit, and Power Shelf / Rack test.

  • - The position is responsible for CP all product Components Stress Analysis (Derating test, include fuse A²s); Thermal Test, Photocoupler Margin Analysis (CTR margin of the optocoupler), E-cap life and CMTBF, etc.

- Prefer to have testing experience with international companies, such as Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Nvidia etc.

- Prefer to have experience with power supply and BBU Firmware reliability test.

- Need to have strong failure analysis skill.

- Strong understanding of testing process and test methods.

- Familiar with the test equipment, such as AC/DC Source, E-Load, Chamber, vibration Tester, etc.

- Familiar some test standard requirement such as IPC9592B, ISTA, ASTM D 4169, etc.

- Understanding of failure / issue tracking process.

- Prefer fluent English communication ability

- Be able to work under pressure

- Good interpersonal skill

岗位职责:

-遵循可靠性测试计划,在指定的设计阶段(产品投入生产之前)执行可靠性试验,并按时完成试验。

-优化一些测试方法和设备夹具。

-对可靠性测试期间发生的测试故障/问题进行故障分析,跟踪直到问题解决。

-在可靠性测试后完成可靠性试验报告。

-评估设计团队的纠正措施,并对可靠性测试问题进行验证测试。

-与设计团队一起审查和跟踪项目问题,并跟踪直到问题解决。

-熟悉执行的可靠性测试列表(部分如下):

元器件降额测试(包括保险丝的A²s),温度测试,光耦的CTR分析

电容寿命测试,CMTBF

环境试验,包括湿度、温度、热冲击、温度循环、海拔试验等。

机械试验,包括振动、冲击、跌落、包装、循环试验等。

Strife测试。

ATE功能测试。

 HALT (高加速寿命测试) 。

DMTBF / BBU耐久性试验。

开关机循环试验、BBU充放电循环试验。

岗位需求:

-有4~6年及以上电源, 备用电池电源, Power Shelf和Rack系统,可靠性元器件降额测试(包括保险丝的A²s),温度测试,光耦的CTR分析,电容寿命测试,CMTBF测试经验者。

-有电源和BBU产品 Firmware可靠性测试经验者优先。

-需要有较强的故障分析能力。

-对测试过程和测试方法有很透彻的理解。

-熟悉测试设备,如交流/直流电源、电子负载、温湿度Chamber、振动测试仪等。

-熟悉一些测试标准要求,如IPC9592B, ISTA, ASTM D 4169等。

-了解故障/问题跟踪流程。

-英语流利者优先。

-抗压能力强。

-良好的人际交往能力。
