简述：

这个职位是负责开关电源的平均无故障工作时间(DMTB)的可靠性估计的验证测试和备用电池的耐力测试。

工作职责：

• 查看客户产品规范和可靠性要求文件，制定电源和BBU制定测试计划（包括产品功能、环境温湿度等可靠性要求）。

• 遵循可靠性测试计划，在指定的设计阶段（产品投入生产之前）执行可靠性试验，并按时完成试验。
• 优化一些测试方法和设备夹具。
• 对可靠性测试期间发生的测试故障/问题进行故障分析，并在可能的情况下提出纠正措施。
• 在可靠性测试后完成可靠性试验报告。
• 评估设计团队的纠正措施，并对可靠性测试问题进行验证测试。
• 与设计团队一起审查和跟踪项目问题，并跟踪直到问题解决。
• 熟悉执行的可靠性测试列表（部分如下）：

• DMTBF / BBU耐久性试验
• 环境试验，包括湿度、温度、热冲击、温度循环、海拔试验等。
• 机械试验，包括振动、冲击、跌落、包装、循环试验等。
• HALT (高加速寿命测试)
• ATE功能测试
• Strife测试
• 开关机循环试验、BBU充放电循环试验

工作要求：

• 大专以上学历，电子或相关专业。

• 4年或以上电源（包括服务器和电信产品）/BBU产品可靠性测试经验，有Power Shelf产品经验更佳。有外资公司经验者优先考虑。
• 了解故障/问题跟踪流程，有较强的故障分析能力。
• 对测试过程和测试方法有很强的理解，熟悉一些测试标准要求，如IPC9592B等。
• 熟悉测试设备，如交流/直流电源、电子负载、温湿度Chamber、振动测试仪等。
• 能够在压力下工作，良好的人际交往能力
• 基本的英文读写能力，口语能沟通的优先。
