We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Customer Quality Manager (Medical) to join our extraordinary team in Sárvár. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of launching a new product that aims to make a significant impact in the healthcare industry.
Reporting to the Director Quality, the Customer Quality Manager role involves development and implementation, and coordination product assurance program to prevent or eliminate defects in new product.
What a typical day looks like:
Develop and maintain integrated management system processes in line with current standards.
Promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
Ensure customer needs are met through quality objectives, training, and corrective actions.
Analyze business situations and production capabilities for management consideration.
Collaborate with senior management to establish policies and goals.
Oversee the product assurance program, including budgeting and responsibilities.
Interface with customers on technical quality issues and improvement initiatives.
Manage customer and regulatory audits.
Recommend solutions for technical challenges and enhance departmental procedures.
Engage with vendors regarding supply quality and capacity.
Work with engineers on quality assurance for new products.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the quality field within a manufacturing environment
Strong leadership capabilities
Proficiency in quality tools and standards, including ISO 13485; familiarity with FDA regulations is a plus
Fluent in English
Excellent relationship management skills with both internal and external customers
On-site work schedule required
