Job Summary

The   C&B Specialist   will be based in  Dongguan.  This role will coordinate and facilitate delivery of cyclical HR initiatives (such as IDL workforce planning,  performance review, compensation planning and review) , work with TR to deliver and launch benefit & compensation program based on business needs, as well as supervise GBS HR service delivery and responsible to support compliance policies and its effective implementation.

WHAT A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE:

  • Assist the company's compensation programs in accordance with established policies so that employees receive the appropriate compensation for their position.
  • Manages performance review and salary programs to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
  • Responsible for job analysis and evaluation, salary administration, analyze compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal and budgets.
  • Collects data about company's compensation policies and analyzes them to prepare reports and advises supervisor for making important decisions.
  • Applies employee benefit policy related knowledge and skill sets to determine current benefit trend and compare with legislated requirements and programs.
  • Recommends policies that will be beneficial for employee welfare such as accident and health insurance coverage, retirement and pension plans, income continuance, holidays and vacations.
  • Participates in compensation surveys.
  • Site month payroll handling and monitoring.
  • Responsible for CB related audit / System information maintenance / Contract Renewal.

THE EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING TO ADD TO THE TEAM:

  • At least 3+ years C&B experiences, preferably in foreign-invested enterprises
  • Good understanding of local employment law and regulations
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge and skills in HR function
  • Good communicating, influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Planning and organizing, Problem solving competence
  • Time management capability
  • People orientated and conscious confidentiality
  • Good MS office applications skills, especially Excel
  • Good command of written English, ability to speak English will be preferred
  • Familiar with workday system will be preferred
