Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Business Systems Analyst will collaborate and support Flex Agility and Reliability segments in new business opportunities, account management, and customer operational improvement.

Understand Flex system solutions and promote their standard utilization among customers in various segments to deliver a consistent customer experience across all locations and regions, simplify support processes, share best practices, and optimize costs.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Acts as backup and/or IT BUP for small/medium account(s).

With help is able to understand customer requirements and identify proper supported teams to communicate and coordinates their involvement to fulfill customer requests.

Identifies risks, manages mitigations and solutions.

  • Interacts and builds an open relationship easily with IT support organizations and business program management and operations teams, supported and guided by his/her manager.
  • Keeps clear communication among IT teams and guided is able to identify key business and operation parties to integrate in common conversation.
  • With his/her manager guidance, take the lead in conversations related to supported account and able to identify the proper resources needed for these conversations
  • With his/her manager guidance, identifies issues and resources that can provide risk analysis and mitigation plans to summarize and communicate on timely manner to his/her manager for understanding, validation and explanation.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Creative problem solving.
  • Strong listening skills and empathy for customer.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and verbal.
  • Interest in technology and confidence to demonstrate IT solutions.
  • Collaborative and teamwork skills
