To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Automation Technical Project Manager Junior located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Manager, Automation & IIoT, the Automation TPM This position is key to coordinate specially for two functions: Build standard guides, checklist and gates to manage Automation projects that are custom capturing lessons learned and implementing continuous improvement program and TPM support on complex and high importance projects.

What a typical day looks like:

• Assessments, plans, internal strategies for each of its centers (Detect GAPS part of building automation) based on the savings goal.
• Analysis (Tracking Systems)- Global Customer Communication.
• Tracking capability - deployment to savings goal.
• Support for more than 30 customers at 18 sites.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge Automation.
• Advanced English (Worldwide interactions).
• Skills: Excel Intemediate – Advanced.
• Experience in Finance (P&L- Balance Sheet Investments vs. Savings).
• Desirable: PMI certificate (Project Management Institution).
