案防专员的岗位工作地点是东莞。

岗位职责：

• 负责公司安防系统（含视频监控、报警、门禁等）的日常运行维护，确保系统稳定可靠；
• 制定并执行安防设备的维护计划，协调维修、升级和更换工作；
• 管理监控室日常运作，建立标准操作流程，确保24小时监控值守工作规范、高效；
• 负责监控室操作人员的工作安排、培训与绩效管理，确保人员按章操作，提升专业水平；
• 协调处理突发安防事件，及时响应并上报相关情况；
• 定期对安防系统运行情况进行检查、评估，并提出优化建议；
• 配合公司其他部门开展安全检查、审计等相关工作。

任职要求：

• 具备安防系统维护或安防管理相关经验；
• 熟悉主流安防系统（如视频监控、门禁、报警系统等）原理与操作；
• 具有良好的组织协调和应急处理能力；
• 有监控室管理或人员管理经验者优先。
