Job Description

Para apoyar a nuestros extraordinarios equipos que construyen grandes productos y contribuyen a nuestro crecimiento, estamos buscando incorporar un Supervisor de Producción ubicado en Guadalajara, Campus Norte.

Reportando al Gerente de Producción, responsable de administrar una línea de producción, realizando el correcto uso de los recursos humanos, materiales, maquinarias y tiempo para la correcta ejecución de los planes de producción.

Como es un día en el trabajo:

• Administración de personal, materiales y maquinaria enfocando a cumplir plan de producción y métricos.
• Cumplimiento hora por hora.
• Cierre de ordenes de trabajo.
• Seguimiento TML y scrap.
• Recepción de turno y seguimientos
• Resolución de problemas.

La experiencia que buscamos añadir a nuestro equipo:

• Ingeniería o alguna experiencia relacionada.
• Conocimientos SMT Back end.
• Conocimientos Básicos en Lean Manufacturing y Herramientas de Calidad
• Conocimientos básicos en Office (tablas pivote, reporteos,)
• Deseable manejo de Flex Flow.
