The AP Accountant will be based in Shenzhen.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

Invoice processing, approving and quality checking.

Invoice booking status monitoring/feedback, and physical invoice return to site and Tax team.

Problematic invoices solving.

Negative PO approving and offset.

Urgent request handling and payment querying.

GRNI monitoring, aged balance and debit balance follow up.

Statement of accounts reconcile, communicate with buyer/supplier to close the variance timely.

Month end and quarter end closing.

Quarterly reviews and year-end audit activities.
