Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Analyst, Windows Systems 1 located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Manager IT, Analyst, Windows Systems role involves In charge for administering and maintaining the organization's information systems to ensure that they function reliably and in accordance with user needs. Accountable for providing technical administrative and implementations holds up for one or more Business applications and underlying hardware and different operating systems. Ensuring ITIL practices are followed diligently at all times. Always align the IT services provided with the needs of the Business. While the primary focus should be on the stability of the systems, architecting, design, installation and setup of the IT infrastructure are other core controls for this role.

What a typical day looks like:

• Linux server and infrastructure support.
• Virtualization.
• Ticket resolution.
• Cybersecurity activities

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Engineering or related degree.
• Conversational English
• Linux administration experience.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Shell scripting or programming knowledge.
