At First Student, our Monitors/Aides play a vital role in ensuring every student gets to school safely and on time. You'll work alongside drivers to support safe routes, manage student behavior, and help create a positive bus environment.

What You'll Do:
Stay alert to student needs and safety during routes
Support the driver by monitoring behavior and reporting concerns
Assist with student boarding and exiting
Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety checks
Communicate with school staff, parents, and students
Attend safety trainings and emergency drills
Help clean the interior of the bus and assist with directional backing when needed
