Position Overview: The Office Clerk/Employee Engagement Coordinator will support daily operations at the Memphis location, ensuring smooth communication and employee engagement. This role is responsible for answering phones, assisting with administrative tasks, and planning employee-related events such as spirit weeks, appreciation initiatives, and welcome activities for new hires. Reporting directly to the Location Manager, this position will also assist with operational needs to support a positive and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, directing inquiries appropriately.
Plan and coordinate employee engagement events, including spirit weeks, appreciation programs, and team welcome activities.
Assist with onboarding by ensuring new hires are welcomed and provided with necessary information.
Support the Location Manager with administrative tasks and operational projects as needed.
Maintain organized records and documents related to location operations.
Assist in ordering supplies and coordinating logistics for office needs.
Help facilitate internal communication between employees and management.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to multitask and support multiple projects efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.
