Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating business support tasks and other team needs including, but not limited to, proposal development, revenue and cost recognition, travel, and trade show support.
- Compose, track, report, coordinate, and submit FirstAlt regional responses to RFPs and RFQs.
- Post-award contract management, including preparing all required documentation needed to begin services (i.e.: bonds, COI's, etc.)
- Manage regional revenue and cost recognition by managing customer invoices and transportation partner payments.
- Assist in other processes such as reconciliation, expense report preparation, review and approve team expenses.
- Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, proposals, and other business needs.
- Assist with regional incident/accident reporting.
- Safeguard First Student compliances and standards by promoting and maintaining safety standards through coordination with FirstAlt's Safety and Compliance Manager to provide materials necessary to ensure the safety of the student's entrusted in our care.
Minimum Experience or Skills Required:
- 5+ years related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Strong attention to detail
