A past American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons President, Dr. Doug Fain, is seeking a BE/BC oral and maxillofacial surgeon to join his private practice in Olathe, KS. This new associate will eventually take over the practice as Dr. Fain looks to retire in late 2025.
This would be a great opportunity for someone interested in mentoring under an industry giant and having the opportunity to build their own practice in the years to come. This is truly a unique opportunity to have not only the support of a surgeon like Dr. Fain, but the financial and operational support from USOSM to ensure success.

About the Surgeon:
Dr. Fain is a native Texan that has lived in the Kansas City area since 1981. After graduating Cum Laude from the University of Texas in Austin and from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas, Dr Fain entered the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Program at UMKC/Truman Medical Center in Kansas City where he earned his specialty certificate in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He earned his MD from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas and trained in General Surgery at Baylor Affiliated Hospitals in Houston, Texas.
Our esteemed partner, Dr. Doug Fain, is a past president of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and has served on many other platforms all of which ensure the preservation and advancement of the oral and maxillofacial surgery specialty.
Dr. Fain has been married for 41 years and has 3 lovely and successful daughters.
