The Job:

Join Epicor as a Scrum Master for Prophet 21! As a Scrum Master, you'll play a pivotal role in our Agile development team, guiding them through the software development lifecycle with finesse.

What you will be doing:

• Facilitates scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand up, demos, board reviews, grooming sessions and retrospectives.
• May assist in communication between the Scrum Team and Product Owner, the team and Product Development leadership, to ensure impediments are identified and removed.
• Facilitates work getting done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
• Works on impediments and outcomes of daily stand ups to ensure team efficiencies.

• A knack for fostering teamwork within the team.
• Customer-centric mindset to ensure our solutions meet client needs.
• Experience leveraging scrum tools to streamline development processes.
