Full Time OB/GYN Hospitalist Opportunity at Saint Peter's University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ
Saint Peter's University Hospital along with Envision Physician Services is seeking an experienced OB/GYN Hospitalist who is looking for a Flexible schedule to assist with our coverage at this 478 bed teaching hospital, which is a major clinical affiliate of Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences. Saint Peter's also sponsors residency programs in internal medicine, obstetrics/gynecology and pediatrics that are ACGME approved. We are collaborating with a group of local hospitalists and residents to share the delivery volume.
- Annual deliveries: 3,200
- Level III NICU
- Shared coverage of OB/GYN service with local group/residents/faculty
- Peds and Anesthesia in-house
- Resident supervision and training in conjunction with OB/GYN faculty
- EMR: Paragon and Medi-mobile claims submission
Skills needed include:
- Delivery room
- ER Triage and Emergent Gynecologic surgeries
- Full-spectrum OBGYN Hospitalist work
- Willingness to assist with Resident supervision/ training in conjunction with OB/GYN faculty
- Recently Increased, Competitive compensation

Located in New Brunswick, NJ, Saint Peter's University Hospital has been serving the healthcare needs of central NJ for more than a century. From our simple beginnings in 1907, Saint Peter's has grown to become a technologically advanced, 478-bed teaching hospital that provides a broad array of services to the community. Saint Peter's University Hospital, a member of the Saint Peter's Healthcare System, is a non-profit, acute care facility sponsored by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Metuchen, NJ.
As a NJ state-designated acute care children's hospital, we offer a full range of specialized pediatric healthcare services, including one of the most sophisticated maternity programs, delivering as many as 5,800 newborns annually. The Children's Hospital at Saint Peter's University Hospital operates one of the largest and most advanced neonatal intensive care units in the country as part of the hospital's state-designation as a Regional Perinatal Center.
