Description

ENSCO, Inc. is seeking Analog Circuit Design Engineers for the development of Avionics control systems utilized on Engine, Flight, and VTOL programs.  Candidates will have the opportunity to develop the next generation of fly by wire electronics on a fast-paced dynamic team.  Job scope is the analysis, design, and integration of Avionic devices such as torque motors, stepper motors, VDT, RTD, sensors, and control devices.  Designs include integration with Microprocessor and FPGA components.  Analysis is performed with tools such as Pspice, LTSpice, Mathcad, and circuit analysis.  Schematic design utilizes Mentor Graphics toolsets.  The actual PCB will be co-designed by expert in house staff.  The work is performed in a Hybrid environment including remote, onsite, and lab aspects with an enthused design team.  Throughout the cycle the position will utilize industry best practice engineering and development processes and will consider both the business and the technical needs of the end-user with the goal of providing a quality product that satisfies those needs. 

 

Qualifications

  • Communications device experience such as CAN, ARINC, 1553
  • CM Systems experience including Windchill and Synergy

Requirements

  • BS or equiv; min 3 yrs relevant exp
  • Experience with Analog Circuit Design
  • Experience with Analytic tools such as Pspice or LTspice
  • Experience working with PCB design teams
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, etc)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including working in team environments
  • Excellent verbal communication skills - must be able to communicate effectively in teleconferences with suppliers, clients and colleagues
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
