Job Summary:
Englewood Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Transport Team Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of patient transport operations within the Medical Center. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient movement of patients, equipment, and materials throughout the facility. The manager will supervise a team of transport staff, coordinate daily workflows, implement best practices, and maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.

  • Effective communication, both written and oral (bi-lingual preferred)
  • Two years of experience in Transport Services.
  • Minimum of one year experience managing processes and/or staff.

 


Education Requirements:

  • Associates required; Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred

 


License/Certification/Registry:

  • CPR certification

 

 

Englewood Health job postings provide a compensation rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The compensation rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the compensation rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources. 
Compensation range:  $58,000 to $70,000
