Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm 


 Job Essentials:

  • Supervise MRI department staff and manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Perform MRI scans and maintain high standards of imaging quality and patient care.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff; oversee hiring and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols related to magnetism and patient screening.
  • Maintain and monitor MRI equipment, scheduling service and repairs when necessary.
  • Prepare patients for MRI procedures, ensuring comfort and adherence to service excellence standards.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain effective communication with staff, physicians, and patients.



 Education Requirements:

  • Must have B.S. degree.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience as an MRI technologist.

 

License/Certification/Registry:

  • Must be MRI certified.
  • Must be ARRT certified and hold current NJ State License.
  • Must possess communication and leadership skills including organization and planning skills.
  • Maintains CPR certification.

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
