Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Communications team. Reporting directly to the Director of Communications, this role will create and produce print, digital, web, and multimedia projects, ensuring alignment with brand standards while bringing fresh creativity and ideas to assignments.  The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling, proficient in industry-standard design tools, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience required.
  • Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects required.
  • Publication layout experience required.
  • Print production knowledge required.
  • Web design experience helpful.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia, or related field

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
