Job Summary:
The Advance Practice Nurse is an expert clinician and patient advocate in a particular specialty or subspecialty of nursing practice. The Advance Practice Nurse provides direct patient care, including assessing, diagnosing, planning health promotion and preventive care to patients visiting our breast care center for screening and diagnostic imaging / procedures according to established protocols. In addition to direct practice, the sub-roles of the Advance Practice Nurse role include education, research and consultation. The Advance Practice Nurse is involved in indirect practice activities with the goal of improving the quality of care across the continuum of care.

Job Essentials: Provide warm, compassionate care according to hospital standards
Education Requirements:
- Master's Degree required
- Certified in Specialty required
License/Certification/Registry:
- Must possess NJ RN and APRN license, BLS, ACLS and board certification in area of specialty.
